The power in our homes is supplied via the consumer unit (commonly known as a fuse box) we have installed. Ensure the power coming into your home is safety distributed so you can enjoy your lights, plugging in the TV and laptop and heat your home with no worries.
Consumer units are often dated – having not been modified since the electrics have been installed. We can check the consumer unit in your home to ensure it complies with changing electrical regulations and is fire safe for the increasing electrical demands of this modern age. For example adding an Arcing Fault Detection Devise (AFDD) to identify undetected lose connections which is the lead cause to fires.
Current consumer units are 18th edition, RCD protected, metal and enclosed.
